Requirements:

  • Journal of Notarial Events (Modern Journal of Events recommended) may be purchased at amazon.com
  • All necessary stamps and seals for your state
  • Notary Errors & Omissions Insurance no less than $25, 000.00 (if your state requires)
  • Certified Notary Signing must have a Signing agent certification (Some states require agents to have a title insurance license for all closings). Printer letter and legal paper.
  • Regular notaries must have at least two years of Mobile Notary experience or take the NNA essentials course online: https://www.nationalnotary.org/notary-essentials
  • Active Email and cell phone to receive text messages from the clients
  • Copy of valid driver's license, please email us a photo ID.
  • Active internet on phone to receive jobs by GPS.
  • No Jeans or T-shirts, (Dress up professionally) as clients rate us
  • No cologne or perfume as some clients are allergic
  • Be right on time (three instances of tardiness will cancel your contract)

Please follow the steps below:
